A family member had a fall on a Saturday evening. Most urgent care places close at 8 p.m around here so the choice was to go to the ER at the Shady Grove hospital or wait till the next morning....

This place sucks. I was there last week to be tested for Strep. Had a 6:00 appointment and wasn't seen until after 7. Then I had to come out of the room and remind them I was still there at 8:15...

Wish I could give this place a better review. The staff were very kind, but I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes to finally get seen by the doctor for all of 5 minutes. Definitely not worth it if you...
