Harbor Hospital, built in 1968 and located in Baltimore, is a more than 180-bed community focused hospital with state-of-the-art technology. I've been to this hospital 2x for scheduled outpatient surgeries and I've had no complaints. The facility is clean, the staff is helpful, and I was treated with care before and after surgery....

Staff don't wear masks properly! The receptionist had her mask UNDER her nose during the whole check in. The triage nurse had his under his chin and flipped it inside out without even securing...
