I just went through the drive through and paid $8 for a bag of cold. I should have asked for hot food when I felt the bag but I took it home and found a cold Big Mac and cold soggy McNuggets....

First of all my fries was cold I didn't get my sweet-and-sour sauce and also I didn't get the straws that came with it I ordered a smoothie that's the only reason that this is a problem
