i've been here over an hour. The entire waiting room is full. They don't communicate and just have you waiting all day. Don't come here, they also serve people who came after you.

The wait is too long...it's ridiculous. And I was never cont to schedule a surgical appointment for my aunt. Sad. Don't waste your time. Find a eye doctor that cares about their business and service.

Great customer service! August helped expedite my glasses which would have taken much longer, he and another gentleman ( didn't get his name )were very helpful and polite.
