You as the customer have to do more work to get your tags which isn't really helpful when you're trying to get your tags quickly. You're better off going directly to the dmv.

Incompetent. I called ahead to see if i could get a temp tag that day because i had to drive a long distance. They confirmed that i could. I showed up and they told me i would have to order it...
