Maryland CATT / T2 Center

The Maryland Transportation Technology Transfer Center (MD T2 Center), established in 1984 at the University of Maryland College Park, facilitates training and technology assistance for transportation agencies throughout the state. Partnering with the Maryland State Highway Administration and the Federal Highway Administration, the center develops an annual work plan to address the specific needs of local and state roadway practitioners.

In addition to regular training programs, the MD T2 Center hosts the Roadway Management Conference, an essential event that unites hundreds of roadway professionals to engage with experts, explore vendor offerings, and experience relevant demonstrations. The center is also a member of the National Local Technical Assistance Program Association, which supports and represents LTAP and TTAP centers across the United States and Puerto Rico.
