Marley Elementary School

Marley Elementary School has been operational for more than 50 years and enrolls more than 500 students in prekindergarten through grade five. It offers Title I and talent development programs to students. The school s academic curriculum includes several subjects, such as reading, writing, mathematics, social studies and science. Its school counseling program promotes and enhances student success through academic development; career development and counseling; consultation; and classroom guidance lessons. The school provides individual and group counseling sessions on various topics, such as character education, anger management, personal body safety, social skills and career awareness. It also offers a positive behavioral intervention and support program. The school is administered by Anne Arundel County Public Schools and is located in Glen Burnie, Md.
