History
MacTipster was started by Mike Wish, a DC area native and Apple fanatic. As intuitive as Apple products can be, Mike encountered many people during his time as a Genius, who sought more than the Apple Store could offer in a 10-minute appointment or a 30-minute training session in a busy store. They needed help in the privacy of their home or business dealing with larger issues and deeper training uniquely relevant to them and their technological environment. MacTipster is fundamentally built on the idea that Apple owners deserve the highest level of service for the best products in the world.

iPad, iPhone and Mac personalized training and support in Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Potomac, McLean and DC. We are one of the few services in the DC area that provides on-site service exclusively for Apple products and their owners.
