Rick Nissen is the owner and president of C & C Charters and Atlantic Yacht Works. He has been a USCG licensed captain since 1976, and has regularly conducted captained charters, instruction and deliveries aboard sail and power vessels 17' to 70'. He is a PADI Certified Underwater Diver, and has served three terms as president of the Chesapeake Bay Yacht Charter Association. Corporate responsibilities have encompassed all levels of yacht maintenance and service, personnel and yacht management, and accounts executive. Son, Tyler Dean regularly conducts charter check-outs, yacht deliveries, instruction and performs all levels of yacht service and commissioning. He served as an engineer in the U S Coast Guard, is a USCG Licensed Captain, an experienced service technician and a talented craftsman. Rick's wife, Lynn serves as customer service representative and accounts executive.
