Lotus Point Wellness, Inc. was officially established in 2015 but the original business, Counseling For Contentment LLC, was established in 2003 and focused solely on mental health counseling. When the company changed to Lotus Point Wellness, Inc., it was because of the addition of nutrition and yoga services which means we now can provide an integrative and holistic approach to overall mental health and wellbeing.

We are an integrative and holistic mental health and wellness practice. At Lotus Point Wellness, we understand the importance of supporting the whole person throughout their lifespan in their journey towards well-being. To this end, we offer an integrative and holistic approach to well-being by providing counseling, nutrition and yoga services under one roof. From a practical standpoint, we can coordinate care among all our healing professionals to provide a comprehensive and interdisciplinary approach to supporting the whole person, couple or family.
