Over a distinguished 30-year career, Larry Sauer has served as design leader, management principal, and market leader in the architecture field. For his clients, he has served as a seasoned consultant and advisor, drawing on an extensive knowledge of the land and site planning, base building design, development, approvals, interior space planning, community development and historic preservation. He has a record of successful presentations before the Fine Arts Commission, National Capitol Planning Commission, Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission, and, most county planning agencies and councils in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Mr. Sauer was principal and a lead member of the team for a number of prominent projects: Historic Hotel Thayer @ West Point renovation; The Historic Eastern Market; The D.C. Government Center; The World Bank
