Easy to get to. Nice waiting area. The employees are okay, relatively friendly. They have been pretty fast the few times I have gone.

There is no clear signage as to where this part of the building is. Hardly any seating in the waiting area. You make an appointment but are still seen 20-30 minutes later than your appointment...

I waited an hour while watching people without appointments get called for their testing. I asked the tech why I wasn't getting called; she asked my name and said she'd check, but didn't come back...

Very nice staff have had no issues at all they helped when I had issues and I will definitely go back soon when I need to.

I only gave the one star because I had to. I have been going to Labcorp at the Medstar Health Building on 12 Medstar Blvd. Bel Air, MD for a long time, and I am unhappy. Noone ever answers the...
