Terrible service. Signed in and after 40 minutes had my daughter go to the window (it was for her) and the lady pretended she wasn't standing there all the while having a LOUD conversation...

This office is very busy and needs more technicians. The phlebotomist are always polite even though they scurry from one room to another to patients. I am very satisfied with the care I receive.
