Tldr: posted a car saying it had no accidents when it really did. I visited this dealer years ago (see earlier review). Experience was so-so. I'm back in the market contacting local places....

NEVER BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM KOONS TOYOTA IN ANNAPOLIS. Koons Toyota of Annapolis isn't a dealership it's a masterclass in deception and incompetence. I bought a used vehicle from this...

Just saying, if y'all want more clientele advise the sales consultants not to have an attitude and hang up on a customer when they say they don't want service done on their vehicle.
