Our convenient downtown location is one half-block from the beach in the middle of Ocean City's famous Boardwalk. Charming and affordable, the King Charles Hotel is within walking distance of Ocean City's amusements, many fine restaurants, and other attractions. Each of our modest 22 rooms are smoke free and equipped with cable TV, wireless internet access, a dorm-size refrigerator, microwave, air-conditioning, phone, and private bath. Complimentary coffee and tea is available in the hotel lobby. Off street parking for one vehicle.

Super clean and well maintained. Yes it is an older hotel. Three floors and no elevator so not for anyone with a handicap. But ask. They may be able to accommodate you on the first floor....

Third time staying here. The owner is the nicest and most pleasant person ever. I asked if they had an ice machine and she said I have 1/2 bag I don't need you can have mine. She was up early...

I started staying here in the mid '70s. Always a pleasant staff and stay. A small jewel of yesteryear that will never grow old. Thanks for the memories!
