Our organization develops and manages a coordinated program of services that work together with a goal of helping elders to remain, and live well, in the community as long as possible. Kent County Health Department is a part of the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. The Kent County Health Department provides health care services and information to the residents of Kent County, Md.
