Dr. Conaway completed his residency in Internal Medicine at NYU Medical Center, Bellevue Hospital Center in 1995, where he went on to complete his fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine in 1998. He completed his research fellowship in Sleep Medicine at the NYU Medical Center Sleep Disorders Center in 1999. Dr. Conaway is certified in Sleep Medicine, Critical Care Medicine and Pulmonary Disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has a Diplomate status by the American Board of Sleep Medicine. Dr. Conaway was one of the founding members of the Maryland Sleep Society, which was organized in 2009 to promote the advancement of sleep disorders. Ahmed Abu-Haniyeh, MD received his medical degree from the University of Jordan in Amman, Jordan. Dr. Abu-Haniyeh completed his internal medicine residency at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. He went on to perform his cardiovascular disease fellowship at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, N.Y., followed by an advanced fellowship in interventional and structural cardiology at NYU Langone Health in Long Island, N.Y. Dr. Abu-Haniyeh is a member of the American College of Cardiology, the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions, and the American Heart Association. He has co-authored several publications and presented on several cardiovascular disease topics at various conferences across the country.
