David Stein, MD, MHCM, is regional chief of surgery for MedStar Health, overseeing quality, safety, and market leadership initiatives at each of the four MedStar Health hospitals located in the Baltimore region. In tandem, Dr. Stein serves as chairman of surgery at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center. As an expert in sports medicine, sports injuries, fracture care and concussion care, Dr. Dawson develops a personalized plan of care to help athletes recover from injuries.
