We have a great list of references from contractors and cleaning crews, to help make your house shine, to mortgage brokers who can help you with financing options. We are happy to sit down with you at any point in the process to help you discuss different scenarios that you may not even have considered. We are very experienced in the area micro-markets and can help guide you to your next home. Although we have worked on countless transactions, we realize that each one is unique and this can be a confusing and potentially stressful time for our clients so we do everything we can to streamline the process.
