Jr Fashion Designers Studio

History

The Jr Fashion Designers Studio is a unique hands-on workshop where participants learn about all aspects of the fashion industry and basic sewing skills. Each child will produce his or her own clothing line from concept to creation, with plenty of inspiration and playful experimentation along the way. At the end of each session we hold a Fashion Show where students model and showcase their creations for their family, friends and the community.

Specialties

At the Jr. Fashion Designers Studio students are allowed to tap into their creative side, discover their hidden talents and unleash their inner designer! Our classes and camps are fun and creative with sessions running throughout the Summer, Winter, Spring and Fall. They are a fresh twist on the traditional arts camp as they focus on fashionable and wearable items using fun + crafty techniques. At the Jr. Fashion Designers Studio we bring relevant skills and on-trend projects into the hands of our Jr. Fashion Designers. Our Jr. Fashion Designers become empowered as they learn to create handmade items that they can wear. We help them to discover that anything in the world of fashion and design is within their own capabilities! Our students participate is fulfilling experiences such as producing our Fashion Show and learning how to customize their own designs from the ground up. These experiences build confidence and show them that they can take on any challenge.
