Tonya Howell, CRNP-F received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from Wilmington University in Delaware. She is a family nurse practitioner, certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Howell is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and she is certified by the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Howell has worked for TidalHealth since 1999, starting as an LPN and working on the medical/surgical floor. While working there, she went to Wilmington University to obtain her RN degree. She then transferred to the cardiac catheterization lab/electrophysiology lab, where she currently works. She returned to school to obtain her master's degree as a nurse practitioner at Wilmington University and went to work for a cardiology practice.

Treva Stuart earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati, in Cincinnati, Ohio, and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in Amherst, Mass. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in Adult Gerontology. She has clinical experience as a registered nurse in the areas of family practice, hematology/oncology and cardiac procedures.
