History

Jlancien is the culmination of more than a decade of practicing yoga and many years of herbalist studies. As a new mother, my herbalist and yogic practice was tested by a cross country move to await the unexpected death of my father. What got me through this dark time was a Divinely guided combination of the right herbs with the right yoga practice. Although I continue to balance grief with raising my son, I am supported by my practice and the plants. If you are going through a rough time as a new mother, allow my experience to be of benefit to you. I combine western herbalism with yoga to support mothers in caring for themselves when they are struggling to care for themselves.
