Ms. Ketterman received her Master of Science in Nursing—Family Nurse Practitioner from Wilmington University in Georgetown. Her professional memberships include the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing, the American Nurses Association, the Delaware Nurses Association, and the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses.
