Typical IHOP...Food was ok. As per usual I get chicken fried steak and it was ok. Food is just ok...So never expect better. Service is normal diner chain...Not doting but not Neglected. Ambiance...

Stopped by after Sunday service. There as a small wait (which was expected). Our server Robert was awesome! Very attentive, helpful and courteous. He was really busy but made sure we were good....
