The Hyatt Regency Baltimore opened it's doors 32 years ago and Bistro 300 has been delighting Baltimore locals and hotel guests for nearly three decades. Due to our flexible meeting space we are able to host incredible special holiday brunches to include holidays such as Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas in which the whole family can enjoy.
