No issues with the drivers however LAURA is a rude individual. She has horrible customer service and doesn't know how to talk to people or listen. Nancy is much nicer.

The absolute WORST experience! Trip to NYC on Saturday and the bus broke down on the NJ Turnpike. Bus driver was extremely nice and apologized repeatedly. He said he can fix it, no problem....
