Awesome they offer free parking while you get to walk around and explore the shops. There was plenty of spaces available with easy in and out access.

Great place to walk and explore. Lots of fun stores and places to eat. There is a large free parking lot. Traffic can be congested, but this place is definitely worth the stroll. I like the bridge...

Historic EC is ok. Not really that pretty. Expensive shops and nothing really great things to buy.
