Heritage Park is conveniently located in the heart of it all. There is shopping, restaurants and entertainment all around us! . Our community is near the Capitol Beltway, the K6 and the Green Line Metro. Yet we're tucked away in a quiet wooded setting. We even have our own University of Maryland shuttle stop!

The units are roach infested. The laundry rooms are roach infested. The property manager never responds to the tenants issues.

It's very poor management . The apartment all over roaches , ant it's so disgusting, they are not treated it . The parking are bigger problem, the maintenance are coming on time it took them...
