HART for Animals is a nonprofit organization established in 2003, dedicated to rescuing and finding homes for homeless companion animals in Western Maryland, West Virginia, and Western Pennsylvania. Nestled on 65 acres in the mountains, it operates a full-service veterinary practice, a pet hotel, and grooming services to support its adoption wing, which can house up to 60 dogs and 40 cats at a time.
