HOWARD he works there said the power inverter doesn't need anything to work just plug it in and you good to go . It's a POWER INVERTER it's supposed to invert power you need a power source you...

I had no customer service issues personally as others posted but it's retail, can't expect everyone going to be a shining star...like Walmart I come for the price not the experience. Too bad...

Asked from some help. The guy acted like that was a pain. Rude. The poor girl at the register looked sad. No customer service. i guess you get what you pay for.
