Ground Control Columbia is the largest and most recognized mixed martial arts academy in Maryland, offering classes in MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Boxing. Great gym with a friendly staff and a good community. Really enjoyed training here despite 3 months of BJJ training. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering jiu jitsu!
