I agree with the other two complaints, Greyhounds service stinks. On Thanksgiving eve I traveled from Salisbury to Wilmington a 2 hour drive at the most. The bus was scheduled to leave at 2:30 am...

Zero if possible! The staff here is so nice but Greyhound in general is terrible. Our bus was delayed by over 5 hours and had us waiting in this bus station all night! Thank GOD the sunoco gas...

First time using Greyhound and last time. The worst experience of my life. First the bus taking me to my destination (salisbury) didn't have AC so everyone on the bus was complaining and sweating....
