I stay in graduate gardens. The temperature is about 80 degrees right now, and they haven't turned on the cooling systems. Its crazy hot in the apartment right now and I've exams in a few days....

The staff is a joke. The waiting system is completely unbelievable. Don't count on this place unless you've applied 9-10 months in advance.

This is the cheapest place for graduate students (quite true even for non grads) around UMD. There are at least 4 buses taking you to and from the campus (with the Gold bus running till 5 am...
