GERARDO GRASSO, MSW, LCSW-C

Ronald is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who earned his Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Before joining the Balance Point team, Ron worked at a group practice where he provided individual and group therapy. He has experience working with children, teenagers, and adults. Most of his focus is on teenagers with problem behaviors. Ron works with a wide range of diagnoses, including (but not limited to) Anxiety, Depression, Trauma Disorder, ADHD, and physical abuse. Ron uses a CBT approach but believes in allowing the client to drive, which modality works best for them.

Karly Creasy is a Licensed Master level Social Worker. She graduated with both her Bachelor's and Master's in Social Work from Salisbury University School of Social Work. Karly's Therapy style is eclectic, drawing techniques from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy. Karly has experience working with a wide range of clients within an individual setting. Karly believes that all people are deserving of healing and strives to offer her clients a safe space to begin.

Alison is a licensed Acupuncturist in the state of Maryland who earned her master's degree in Acupuncture in 2018 from Maryland University of Integrative Health (formerly Tai Sophia Institute). She pursued a career in Acupuncture after her own profound healing journey with the medicine and believes every individual can benefit from Acupuncture. Alison sees the entire person when formulating treatment plans for her patients and really values what each person brings to the treatment room. She loves working with a variety of issues and people of all ages and treats a variety of issues from anxiety and depression to fertility support and pain management.
