Gaywood Elementary School

Gaywood Elementary School is a part of Prince George's County Public Schools. It provides academic education and enrichment programs to students in kindergarten through grade six. The school provides educational classes in music, language arts, math, computer applications, special education, math, science, social studies and physical education. It has a team of counselors that works directly with faculty, students and parents to facilitate academic success and personal development of the students. The school has a parent-teacher association that organizes various cultural and academic events and works to foster cooperative relationships among students, faculty and parents. Gaywood Elementary School has a cafeteria that offers a variety of breakfast and lunch items to students.
