Was a long time patient of the original practice in the 70s, 80s, & 90s. decided to try again with them last year. Will honestly say I felt like a cow being processed. no concern, just a bunch...

Don't expect anyone to be nice unless your face to face... all phone interactions will be unpleasant and unhelpful and all "messages" in the patient portal will go ignored or unassisted... Moved...
