First Title & Escrow

History

First Title & Escrow began with a staff of three, servicing only Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. In 2000, First Title expanded to serving 17 additional states, totaling to 20. Because of the expansion, First Title had to move headquarters to Rockville, Maryland. In 2003, First Title launched a new web platform, introducing the nation's first ever Instant HUD-1, Title Insurance Calculation system. The company continued to integrate with additional Software programs to better serve clients with their services. In 2008, First Title & Escrow closed its first multi-hundred unit Co-Op to Condominium Conversion project and opened another servicing center in Birmingham, MI. In 2010, they opened yet another servicing center in Richmond, VA. Since that time, First Title has opened additional locations in Virginia, Texas, Michigan and Missouri and continues to service customers nationwide.

Specialties

First Title & Escrow specializes in providing title and closing transactions for some of the largest corporations in the real estate industry. They also specialize in using FirstVision, a high-tech proprietary software to help complete title services with speed and efficiency.
