The Fells Point Fun Festival, established in 1967, originated as a fundraiser to combat a development project threatening the historic area of Fells Point in Baltimore. Over the years, it has evolved into a vibrant celebration that spans six city blocks, showcasing the neighborhood's unique character and charm.
Organized by The Preservation Society, the festival features live music, local food vendors, and shopping opportunities with artists and small business owners. As it approaches its 60th anniversary in 2026, the festival continues to play a vital role in preserving the historic integrity of Fells Point for both residents and visitors alike.
