Dr. Conaway completed his residency in Internal Medicine at NYU Medical Center, Bellevue Hospital Center in 1995, where he went on to complete his fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine in 1998. He completed his research fellowship in Sleep Medicine at the NYU Medical Center Sleep Disorders Center in 1999. Dr. Conaway is certified in Sleep Medicine, Critical Care Medicine and Pulmonary Disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has a Diplomate status by the American Board of Sleep Medicine. Dr. Conaway was one of the founding members of the Maryland Sleep Society, which was organized in 2009 to promote the advancement of sleep disorders. Betsy Thomson, APRN earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Binghamton University in New York in 2013 and her Master of Science in Family Nursing in 2021, also from Binghamton University. Ms. Thomson began her medical career in the Emergency Department as a Nursing Assistant at Wilson Medical Center in New York. She earned her Registered Nurse degree in 2013, continuing her service in the Emergency Department at the Wilson Medical Center while also continuing her education to earn her degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
