Dr. Pegah Touradji is an assistant professor of physical medicine and rehabilitation at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.A fellowship-trained rehabilitation neuropsychologist, she specializes in helping people with brain-related dysfunction restore their emotions, moods, function and home lives.Dr. Touradji earned her doctoral degree at Teachers College, Columbia University. Dr. Christian Pavlovich is Bernard L. Schwartz Distinguished Professor in Urologic Oncology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and Director of the Prostate Cancer Active Surveillance Program at the Brady Urological Institute. Dr. Pavlovich treats cancer with an emphasis on minimizing morbidity and maximizing quality of life while offering patients the latest treatment options and techniques. His clinical focus is on prostate and kidney cancer, and on clinical trials regarding detection, surveillance, and immunotherapy. With more than 20 years of experience with minimally-invasive surgery for the treatment of urologic cancers, he is expert in robotic surgery and was named one of the top prostate cancer surgeons in the United States by Newsweek in 2024. In addition, he offers patients modern diagnostic biopsy techniques, and for prostate cancer patients active surveillance and ablative options including cryotherapy and TULSA. Dr. Pavlovich grew up in Washington DC, went to Harvard University, and then earned his medical degree at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) School of Medicine. He then completed a urology residency at New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center and a National Cancer Institute SUO fellowship in urologic oncology before joining the Hopkins faculty in 2001. Dr. Pavlovich has published over 150 peer-reviewed articles, is Associate Editor of The Prostate and is on the Editorial Board of the British Journal of Urology International. He was the inaugural Director of the Brady Urological Institute’s SUO Urologic Oncology Fellowship (2014 -2024) and is the recipient of three “best teaching/research mentor” awards from the Urology residents at Johns Hopkins. Dr. Pavlovich speaks English, French, Spanish, German, and Serbo-Croatian. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children, following their pursuits, and skiing, diving, running, wildlife, and the great outdoors.

Dr. Khaled Kebaish serves as chief of the Spine Division in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is a professor of orthopaedic surgery and neurological surgery at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. His areas of clinical expertise include spine deformities and scoliosis, degenerative spine disorders, spine tumors and disc arthroplasty.Dr. Kebaish earned his M.D. from Cairo University. He completed his residency at University of Toronto in Toronto, Canada, and performed a fellowship in spinal reconstructive surgery at Johns Hopkins.Dr. Kebaish's research interests include the clinical and functional outcomes of spine surgery with a special focus on adult deformity surgery. He also focuses on the biomechanical testing and evaluation of different fixation devices and techniques in the adult spine.
