National Spine & Pain Centers (NSPC) is one of the nations largest pain management practices in the United States. Formed in 2011 with a re-brand of The Spine Center NSPC quickly expanded, partnering with Capitol Spine & Pain in 2012. We strive to bring high quality providers in the specialty of pain management together to offer an extensive network to meet the needs of an ever growing population of patients living in chronic pain. In late 2012 our affiliations grew with the addition of New York Pain Physicians (now New York Spine & Pain Physicians), bringing our number of centers to over 60 with close to 100 providers in D.C., Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, New York, Virginia and West Virginia.

Dr. Mariam Razaq is a board certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician., focusing on sports medicine and pain management. She focuses on providing her patients with an integrative health care plan that includes elements of exercise, lifestyle awareness, nutrition, and pain management. She has trained extensively in the use of musculoskeletal ultrasound technology as a diagnostic tool, as well as for guided injections to help with tissue regeneration and healing.
