why cant anyone answer the phone at this location ever???? sat on hold for literally 45 plus minutes and could never get a single person to pick up the phone??? thats insane. just take the phones...

The worst customer service was terrible. I talked to two different people about getting a rental. They completely were talking over me and yelling. they need to eval their staff.
