The Heartland of Keyser is a health care center that provides skilled nursing, treatment for Alzheimer's disease, hospice care and respite stays. It offers skin and wound care, intravenous therapies, nutritional support and pain management services. The center has a team of rehabilitation therapists that includes physical, occupational and speech therapists. The Heartland of Keyser is owned and operated by HCR Manor Care, which is one of the leading providers of short-term, post-acute medical care and rehabilitation, as well as long-term skilled nursing care services. HCR Manor Care operates more than 275 skilled Medicare- and Medicaid-certified nursing centers. In addition, it owns over 50 treatment and assisted living centers for patients who suffer from Alzheimer's disease. The Heartland of Keyser has been operational for more than 20 years and is located in Keyser, W.Va.

Established in 1972, Berkeley Springs Rehabilitation and Nursing is a licensed nursing and health care facility. Located in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., the company offers an array of services, such as medication administration by a licensed nurse, care/meals/grooming/bathing/dressing, blood glucose monitoring, periodic weight/pulse oximeter check, to name a few. Additionally, it conducts a range of activities, such as health and fitness programs, entertainment, worship services, movies, special dinners, outside field trips and sharing of experiences with fellow residents, to name a few.

Hilltop Heights Health and Rehab Center is a 120 bed skilled nursing and rehab community located on a hilltop in Johnstown the largest city in Cambria County. The community is conveniently located off of Route 271 and offers great wildlife views from our many outdoor spaces including walkways, patios and shaded lawns. Our sister community The Villages of Hilltop Heights is conveniently located next door on our campus.
