After working Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, I decided that I wanted to spend the holidays with my family, not working. So I started Effortless Bistro Personal Chef Service so I could be with my family, enjoy weekends and holdiays, and still do what I love to do:cook!

I do the shopping, the cooking and the clean up and leave your refrigerator or freezer filled with healthy, delicious meals that all you have to do is heat and eat. I solve your dinner dilemmas with a healthier alternative to take out and restaurant food. Your meals are customized to your likes and dislikes and can be made to accomodate special dietary needs: low salt, low fat, diabetic. I also offer dinner parties so that you can enjoy your guests instead of being in the kitchen.

I have had the opportunity to taste two of her cakes -- may I say there were the best I have ever had. I have also tasted her salsa which I need her to make in bulk - my favorite! A must try!
