Arrangement looked great but it was delivered with fruit flies. I completed their survey and noted the problem, but alas, I've heard NOTHING back. $170 and I have to get rid of fruit flies....

They told me my mom's arrangement would be delivered after 12. It's 6:30pm and nothing and they're closed. NEVER AGAIN!!!

$14.99 delivery fee on Valentines, not delivered. Delivered on the 15th. 4 requests for refund of delivery fee. Absolutely no response at all, email or phone. They won't even answer the phone.
