Line to the door. Zero sense of urgency at all. He either had to be high or stupid. It took 12 min to make one persons order and he made it wrong and then had to re-do it. Hire better people.

Flavorless. First word that comes to mind is simply "flavorless". I asked for extra caramel. It tasted like there was none at all. Tasted like basic black coffee.

I don't know if this location has new owners or another change in management, but it has certainly declined in the last several months. I can't recall how many times they have gotten my drink...

Fast and friendly service which I appreciate with COVID. The inside was clean and well stocked with straws and sweetener.
