Be careful! Being a type 1 diabetic, I ordered Stevia in my cold brew. I received sugar. Usually the service is decent but this is worrisome because I don't use sugar and hate wasting money.

I'll give them one more chance to make a good impression... a.k.a. customer service is everything in this industry. Let's hope that she was just having a bad morning ....... good thing for this...

I was pleased with the service here. The people at the counter were welcoming and ready to serve us. The food was pretty typical for Dunkin Donuts. It was convenient on the way home.
