Rude associates. Management needs to be present on how the associates talk and deal with people.

Dangerous floor conditions as you walk and across the floor. No slip mats upon entry, no where to wipe feet. Dangerous conditions. I slipped upon entry and caught myself.

Ridiculously slow (both drive thru and in store), rude staff, and they almost always forget something from my order. Go to the one on Ritchie hwy.
