Accidents and mistakes happen. I'm ok with that. What I am NOT okay with is someone who claims to be the manager trying to blame the customer for said mistake and further trying to "man-splain"...

Never had a problem . Been dry cleaning for years now with them . I use their services for jackets and coats I was a bit nervous bringing in my Burberry coat here , but they did a great job .

Well... they ripped my shirt then claimed I did it. Right... then they finally admitted it was them. Offered me a $25 store credit for a $90 shirt. I needed this reason to start going somewhere...
