Disappointed ... and now i have to explain to my child, that she can no longer attend. This breaks my heart to say I wish y'all do better one day for another little girl. And build her up......

Customer service is atrocious - communication is unprofessional and rude. Classes are crowded though this could be overlooked if customer service was better.
